1.1 Eligibility for Exchange

Ms. C’s exchange policy applies to all fashion apparel purchased online. To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

1.2 Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Regrettably, we cannot process exchanges after this period.

1.3 Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • Our team will guide you through the process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.
  • Return the package using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs for exchanges due to size, color preferences, or a change of mind. If an item is defective due to an error on our part, Ms. C will cover all associated shipping expenses.
  • Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet eligibility requirements.

If approved, we will dispatch the replacement item(s) based on availability. Should your requested item be out of stock, we will provide a store credit voucher as an alternative.

1.4 Conditions for Exchange

Please note the following:

  • Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If an alternative is unavailable, we will offer a comparable option or a store credit voucher. Clothing alterations are not available.
  • Any price difference for the exchanged item is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Promotional discounts applied to the original purchase may not transfer to the exchanged item(s).
  • We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the returned item(s) fail to meet eligibility standards or if the policy is misused.
  • This policy does not include refunds.

In-Store Purchase Exchange Policy

2.2 Eligibility for Exchange

Our exchange policy covers all in-store purchases at Ms. C. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached—and accompanied by the original receipt.

2.3 Exchange Window

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the purchase date. Beyond this timeframe, we may be unable to accommodate exchange requests.

2.4 Exchange Process

To proceed with an exchange:

  • Return the item(s) and original receipt to the Ms. C store where the purchase was made.
  • A store associate will inspect the item(s) to verify eligibility.
  • If approved, you may select a replacement item of equal or lesser value. For items of greater value, the price difference must be paid.
  • Upon completion, the associate will provide the new item(s) and finalize the transaction.

2.5 Conditions for Exchange

Please be aware:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and retain all original tags.
  • Exchanges are limited to items of equal or lesser value unless the customer covers the additional cost.
  • Certain items may be non-exchangeable due to hygiene concerns or specific store policies—please consult a store associate for clarification.
  • Clothing alterations are not offered, and this policy excludes refunds.

2.6 Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt is mandatory for all exchanges. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

2.7 Store Policies

Exchanges are subject to individual store policies, which may include additional restrictions. For details, please speak with a store associate or review our in-store guidelines.

2.8 Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is found to be damaged or defective at the time of purchase, please inform a store associate immediately. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.
