Booking an Appointment with Ms. C

Scheduling an appointment is the ideal way to secure a personalized, one-on-one consultation with one of our dedicated bridal stylists at a time that suits you best. To ensure availability, we recommend reserving weekend appointments at least one week in advance. Walk-ins are welcome on the day, subject to availability between scheduled appointments or in the event of a cancellation.

Appointment Details

To confirm your booking, we require your credit or debit card details. Please rest assured that no booking fee will be charged at the time of reservation. However, a $25 fee will be applied if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or fail to attend. At Ms. C, we prioritize the security of your personal information. Your card details will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality, and we take full responsibility for protecting your privacy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

During your appointment—whether pre-booked or as a walk-in—only 3 to 5 gowns that captivate you most will be selected for trying on in the fitting room. We suggest bringing one or two trusted companions, such as your partner, best friend, or family member, whose opinions you value. Unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon, we kindly request a maximum of two guests accompany the bride.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

To reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling 03 9041 5426 or emailing [insert Ms. C email address]. We will gladly arrange a new date and time that works for you. If you fail to attend your appointment or provide notice less than 48 hours prior, a $25 fee will be charged.

Should you be running late, please inform us by phone. Note that arriving late will reduce your appointment duration accordingly. If you are delayed by 30 minutes or more, your appointment will be canceled, and a $25 fee will apply.

Products and Services

Payment and Deposit

Upon placing your order or confirming your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required:

  • 50% of the total price for hiring or purchasing ready-made items.
  • 100% of the total price for custom-made items, as outlined in your order.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, your deposit will be fully refunded. The remaining balance is due upon collection of your gown. No items may be removed from our premises until full payment is received. For payments made by cheque, goods will be released only after the cheque clears (up to three business days), unless supported by a valid cheque guarantee card matching the payment amount.

For gown rentals, full payment of the purchase price is required upon collection to cover potential damages. A full or partial refund (based on Ms. C’s assessment) will be issued upon return, provided the gown is undamaged. Wear, tear, or loss will affect the refund amount.

All purchased items are non-returnable and non-refundable once they leave Ms. C’s premises. We encourage you to inspect your purchase for any damage or defects before completing the transaction, as we are not liable for issues arising after departure.

Custom Orders and Alterations

Custom gowns are crafted to the measurements you provide and sign off on at the time of ordering. Ms. C is not responsible for changes in your measurements thereafter. Alteration costs for ready-made gowns are not included in the purchase price and will be charged separately if arranged through us. You may opt for third-party alterations for custom items, though we cannot be held accountable for external work.

Dry Cleaning

Rental gowns are professionally dry-cleaned before and after each hire by specialists familiar with delicate garment care. Customers must refrain from attempting to clean the gown themselves. Any damage resulting from unauthorized cleaning may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of sales contracts, regardless of reason, do not entitle customers to refunds of payments made up to the cancellation date. Ms. C does not offer refunds for changes of mind or event cancellations and cannot accommodate requests to alter confirmed orders (e.g., changes to event dates, gown size, color, style, or delivery details). We reserve the right to decline variation requests submitted after the confirmation date.

Ms. C is not liable for defects or damage to goods once they leave our premises, nor for wear and tear resulting from use.

Non-Collection of Goods

If goods remain uncollected within three months of the notified collection date, the contract will be considered canceled without further notice. Payments made will not be refunded, and the gown will be returned to our inventory for resale.

Privacy Policy

At Ms. C, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and store your personal information when you visit our stores across Australia.

Upon your visit, our staff will courteously request details such as your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and size. This information enables us to:

  • Process payments and issue tax invoices.
  • Confirm orders and appointments.
  • Provide customer service and post-appointment support.
  • Screen orders for potential risks or fraud.
  • Share relevant product information or promotions based on your preferences.

In cases involving legal obligations, we may disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests (e.g., search warrants), or protect our rights.

Your personal information will remain in our records until you request its removal. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
