1.1 Eligibility for Exchange:

Our exchange policy applies to all online purchases of fashion clothes at Ms C. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that the item(s) you wish to exchange are in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, and unwashed.

1.2 Exchange Window:

You may request an exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept any exchange requests.

1.3 Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.

- Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).

- Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and tags, and clearly write the RMA number on the package.

- Ship the package back to us using a reliable shipping service with tracking information. Please note that the shipping cost for returning and receiving is the customer's responsibility if you wish to change to another size, color or change your mind. However, in cases where our items are found to be defective due to our error, we will take full responsibility for both the return shipping and receiving costs.

- Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

If the item(s) are approved for exchange, we will promptly ship out the replacement item(s) based on availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit voucher.

1.4 Conditions for Exchange:

Please note the following conditions for the exchange process:

-We only accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will assist you in finding a suitable alternative or provide a store credit voucher. Please also note that we will not make any alterations to clothing based on requests.

- If the requested item for exchange has a price difference, you will be responsible for any additional payment.

- Any promotional discounts or offers applied to the original purchase may not apply to the exchanged item(s).

- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item(s) do not meet our eligibility criteria or if the exchange process is abused.

- Please also note that our exchange policy does not cover refunds

2.3 Exchange Window:

You may request an exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to accept exchange requests.

2.4 Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:.

- Bring the item(s) you wish to exchange, along with the original receipt, to the store where the purchase was made.

- Our store associate will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

- If the item(s) are approved for exchange, you may choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value. If the desired item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

- Once the exchange is complete, our store associate will provide you with the new item(s) and update the transaction accordingly.

2.5 Conditions for Exchange:

Please note the following conditions for the exchange process:

- The item(s) must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and show no signs of wear or damage, unwashed.

- Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value, unless the customer pays the price difference for a higher-priced item.

- Some items may be non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons or specific store policies. Please check with a store associate for more information.

- Please also note that we will not make any alterations to clothing based on requests and our exchange policy does not cover refunds.

2.6 Proof of Purchase:

A valid receipt is required for all exchanges. Please make sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

2.7 Store Policies:

All exchanges are subject to our store policies, including any restrictions or limitations that may apply. Please inquire with a store associate or refer to our in-store policies for more details.

2.8 Damaged or Defective Items:

If you encounter a damaged or defective item at the time of purchase, please notify a store associate immediately for assistance. We will strive to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
